BlueLabs is a dynamic and fast-growing startup operating in the gaming industry. As we onboard more B2B clients and grow our business, we are expanding our team beyond the engineering organisation. We are excited to announce our first finance position and are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Finance Manager to join us.

About the Role
We are looking for someone with a strong background in accounting and finance, ideally experienced in managing financial landscapes involving entities across different jurisdictions and currencies. This role involves overseeing and improving our day-to-day finance operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance across jurisdictions, and working hand in hand with our CEO. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of technology, and a mindset focused on automating processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.


  • Oversee daily accounting operations, payroll, and bank reconciliations.

  • Manage outgoing invoicing, accounts receivable, and supplier invoice processing.

  • Develop and implement process improvements, driving automation in financial workflows.

  • Manage cash flow and forecasting for entities in various jurisdictions and currencies.

  • Prepare detailed monthly management reports for individual entities and consolidated group reports.

  • Collaborate with management on cost control and financial planning.

  • Coordinate with tax advisors and auditors for annual financial statements, tax returns, and statutory audits.

  • Process and authorise bank payments and transactions.

  • Conduct budgeting and financial forecasting.


The compensation range for this role is €35,000 - €58,000 annually, depending on your skills, experience and form of employment (employment or independent contractor). Job requirements

  • Proven experience in finance and/or accounting, ideally in the gaming industry.

  • High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail with strong analytical skills.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage finances of entities across different jurisdictions.

  • Good understanding of European VAT regulations.

  • Proactive approach to automating processes.

  • Ability to work independently in a one-person finance team, maintaining a close feedback loop with the CEO.

  • General computer literacy and openness to remote work, collaborative tools, and modern technology.
