Remote Office Manager (Full Time/Part Time)

The recent launch of our first customer BetFox marks the beginning of a new chapter for BlueLabs. As we are in the process of expanding our product and engineering team to over 20 people, we are now looking for the good soul of our team, someone who can relieve our workloads by taking ownership of operational matters.

Your role

We are looking for someone versatile that is excited to support our operational and administrative needs on a full-time or part-time basis. Your responsibilities will be diverse and include the following:


  • Relieve our management team from administrative tasks such as payroll, reporting, controlling, cash management, employee on- and offboarding, hardware procurement and distribution, and more.
  • Assist our hiring managers and talent acquisition specialist with our recruitment and hiring efforts to attract excellent candidates and create a positive candidate experience.
  • Identify opportunities to invest in the well-being, productivity, bonding and engagement of our team.
  • Support employees on a day-to-day basis and answer questions about benefits and company policies.
  • Organise and facilitate our regular onsite meetings in different European cities, including location scouting, travel arrangements and local team building activities.
  • Document processes and procedures to build an internal knowledge base and maintain it.
  • Help facilitating some of our recurring meetings, including taking meeting notes and reporting on the progress of actions.

Remote Work

We are hiring for talent, not for a specific location. You will find that members of our team are distributed all over Europe. Being a distributed team enables us to hire only the best, without being restricted to the talent pool available at a specific geographic location. However, to facilitate team communication and collaboration we currently require you to be located in Europe. You must also be able to travel to other European locations a few times a year for on-site meetings and workshops.

Compensation

The budgeted compensation range for this role (full time) is €35,000 to €50,000 annually, depending on your background and experience. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for paying any taxes or applicable fees in your country of residence. Job requirements

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • 2+ years experience working in a similar position (HR, People Ops, Executive Assistant).
  • Proficient in the use of Gmail, Google Calendar and other Google products (Docs, Sheets, Slides etc.).
  • Enthusiasm for and broad experience with software tools, quick learner.
