About BlueLabs

We set out to build a next generation sports betting platform with a focus on performance, reliability, modularity and automation. After a period of experimentation, we are now excited to see our technology powering the launch of BetFox, a new B2C operator in Africa. BlueLabs is run and backed by highly successful industry veterans, who have previously established and run companies such as Tipico, one of Europe's leading sports betting operators, and the horse racing bookmaker RaceBets.

We are currently a team of 15 software engineers, fully distributed and located in Austria, Cyprus, Lithuania, Malta, Slovenia, Spain and the United Kingdom. The photo shows us at one of our recent onsite meetings which we run usually every 4 months at changing locations throughout Europe. Obviously the current situation does not allow us to meet but we can't wait to getting back to this routine as soon as reasonably possible.

Our Recruitment Process

So that you know what to expect

  1. During the Submission of your Application we ask you to answer a few questions in writing. We might also ask you to record a short introduction video that will help us during our initial screening.
  2. Then we will invite you for a First Video Interview to get to know you a bit better but also allow you to learn more about BlueLabs and the role you applied for.
  3. Following the interview you will be provided with a Coding Task. The tasks vary from team to team but are usually designed to take between 4-8 hours to complete.
  4. The second call we schedule will be a Technical Interview during which we also discuss your submission for the coding task.
  5. Lastly there is nothing else to be done by you than hopefully accepting our Offer.
