BlueLabs has been a distributed company from day one. We are not remote-first, but truly distributed, and therefore embraced a remote culture from the very beginning. With no head office, all of us are working from our home offices or co-working spaces all over Europe. As an engineering company, more than 80% of us are working in engineering positions.

BlueLabs was established by entrepreneurs with tens of years of experience in the gaming industry, including for example the founders of Tipico, one of Europe's largest sports betting operators.
